Sugar is a very nicely put together mare. Although quite small she has her sires huge movement and really covers the ground when she gets moving. A gorgeous head with little ears and big eyes and a slight dish melting into a lovely neck and front.
Sugar was rejected by her dam, Show Diva, so we were left with no other option but to handraise her ourselves.
Due to Sugar being a handraised foal and believing she is part cow/dog/human she displays several interesting quirks. These include dancing on her backlegs, impersonating a supercharged Great Dane on the lead, laying down when she has had enough and chasing cars.
Due to this we have not yet taken her into the showring, however as she is a very cute and very correct pony we do hope to in the future.
For all her odd behavour at times Sugar does lead, tie up, float and stand for hoof trims very well.
